Coming Back to God

God’s Word records several people who had inspirational comebacks. Let me mention a few. Samson had blown it repeatedly; but, he experienced tremendous triumph at the end of his life. The Prodigal Son, as Jesus describes him, returns home in disgrace only to be welcomed by his father with open arms--no questions asked. The list goes on and on; Joseph, Moses, Job and, our focus this morning, Peter all experienced comebacks.
